Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the front desk, via email, or phone

• Assist customers with inquiries about contracts, products, and classes

• Handle equipment rentals and product sales

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and order throughout the studio and its equipment

• Be available at least two days per week including weekends (10-20 hrs)

• Team player, reliable, and conscientious

• Enjoy working with people

• Strong communication skills in German and/or English

• Self-motivated, responsible, and organized

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email programs
